Equipment

  • 1 Medium size pan
  • 1 Grater or Microplane

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virign
  • 250 grams arborio rice
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • 100 grams parmesan grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in your pan. Wait for oil to heat and then add 250 grams arborio rice to the pan with 2 cloves garlic.

  • Lightly stir the rice until it is toasted. The edges of each grain should start becoming translucent. Once toasted at 500 ml boiling water to the pan.

  • Reduce heat to a simmer and cover the pan with a lid for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Once water has been absorbed, grate in 100 grams parmesan and stir to incorporate.
